• Under contract to City of Philadelphia, Redevelopment Authority , Society Hill Project: Field inspections, surveys, to determine demolition of 400 homes in area and preservation of remainder; creation of public sitting areas, walking and play areas, greenways, access to National shrines; also, demolition and/or preservation as well as creation of businesses.

• Architectural designing: proposed commercial, mercantile, and entertainment center for Penn Center's 30th Street Station site; proposed design of Juvenile Facilities for City of Philadelphia, including dormitory courts, infirmary, chapel, and administration.

• Architectural designing, surveying, and drafting of over ninety (90) building projects including: apartments, facilities for the elderly, commercial facilities, factories, fire stations, medical facilities (hospitals, nurses' dormitories), offices, playgrounds, public housing, recreation facilities, religious institutions, residences, schools, shopping facilities, theatres, and warehouses.

• HEAD: Architectural Department
• Project Administrator in charge of Urban Renewal Program for the Callowhill East Urban
• Renewal Area, Philadelphia. Investigation and analysis of existing conditions; preparation of marketability study, development of rehabilitation specifications, analysis of utility and highway information, preparation of illustrative site plan, publication of conclusions of studies.
• Architectural designing, supervision, and administrative duties including direct responsibility for sixteen (16) building projects, and seventeen (17) drafters and Architects.
• First reported use of a helicopter in building construction in Philadelphia

• Residential and commercial designs (banking facilities, shops, offices, warehousing), murals (Richard Haas at the Fontainebleau-Hilton), Professional Consultation, Expert Witness, Inspection.
